Not to oversimplify, but without KC we wouldn't have sold our home in St. Helena and successfully found the perfect property in Napa. KC was there for every step of the way, little details as well as big ones. She even double checked our old house the day after we moved to make sure nothing was left behind -- and helped us clean out items the new owner decided after the fact that they didn't want. (Matching paint for the exterior and trim.) She went as far as loading things up in a pickup and taking them to the dump for us. And KC spotted a home exactly the size, style and location of what we wanted in Napa and made sure we were able to buy the property in a highly competitive market. Not leaving it there, she followed up and to ensure all was OK with the agent and buyer of our old property and continued to check on us at our new home.KC takes the concept of "full service" to new levels.
